Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Welcome to OneUpFeed. OneUpFeed is provided by TisGrow LLC ("TisGrow," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States.
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the OneUpFeed website (oneupfeed.com), the OneUpFeed application (app.oneupfeed.com), and any related services (together, the "Service"). They also work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
By creating an account or using OneUpFeed in any way, you're agreeing to these Terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the Service — and feel free to reach out to us with questions first.
You need to be at least 13 years old to use OneUpFeed.
1. Access to your OneUpFeed Account
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time — including specific features — as we continue building and improving OneUpFeed. We'll do our best to keep disruption to a minimum.
By using OneUpFeed, you're confirming that you're legally allowed to use the Service where you live, and that you're responsible for how you use it. You're also responsible for having the equipment and internet access needed to use OneUpFeed properly.
2. What You Shouldn't Do
To keep OneUpFeed safe and working well for everyone, please don't:
- Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise dig into the underlying code of the Service
- Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of any part of the Service
- Rent, resell, or repurpose the Service for someone else's business without our permission
- Remove or hide any copyright or ownership notices
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy parts of the Service not meant for that
- Try to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to OneUpFeed
- Probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities
- Overload our infrastructure or interfere with how the Service works for other users
- Use OneUpFeed to spam, or to post content that breaks the rules of the social platforms you're connected to
- Use the Service for anything illegal or otherwise prohibited by this Agreement
OneUpFeed — including its design, code, and content — belongs to TisGrow LLC. Using the Service doesn't give you ownership over any part of it.
3. Fees and Payment
OneUpFeed currently offers its Service, and we plan to introduce paid plans with additional features over time.
When you sign up for a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees listed for that plan at the time of purchase. Charges begin on the day you subscribe and cover the billing period you choose (monthly or annual).
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
We may adjust pricing for new subscribers at any time. If you're already subscribed, any price change won't affect your current subscription — you'll keep paying the rate you signed up at, for as long as your subscription continues uninterrupted.
Prices don't include VAT or any other taxes that may apply in your location.
4. Creating an OneUpFeed Account
To use most of what OneUpFeed offers, you'll need to create an account, typically using your email address. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration at our discretion — for example, if we believe it violates these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account without permission, let us know right away at hello@oneupfeed.com.
5. Connecting Third-Party Platforms
The main reason people use OneUpFeed is to publish content to the social media accounts they connect — right now, that's Facebook, with more platforms planned for the future.
When you connect a third-party account to OneUpFeed, you're authorizing us to access and publish to that account on your behalf, using the permissions you grant. That connection is also subject to the connected platform's own terms — for example, connecting a Facebook Page means Facebook's own Terms of Service apply to that connection as well.
You can disconnect any account at any time, either from OneUpFeed or directly through that platform's settings.
6. Ending Your Use of OneUpFeed
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, particularly if you've violated these Terms — though we'll typically try to give you a heads-up first when it's reasonable to do so.
You're always free to stop using OneUpFeed or delete your account whenever you'd like.
Some parts of this Agreement are meant to outlast your account closure — like ownership rights, liability limits, and anything else that reasonably should continue to apply even after you've stopped using the Service.
7. Your Content
Anything you create and publish through OneUpFeed — your posts, images, videos, captions — is yours. We're not claiming ownership over it.
By using the Service, you're giving us permission to store, process, and transmit your content strictly for the purpose of running the Service — for instance, publishing your scheduled post to a connected Facebook Page at the right time.
You're responsible for what you post. Please don't use OneUpFeed to publish anything illegal, infringing, or that violates the rules of the platforms you connect.
8. Our Content
Everything that makes up OneUpFeed itself — the design, code, branding, and any content we provide through the Service — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Unless we've given you clear written permission, please don't sell, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of OneUpFeed that isn't your own content.
9. How This Connects to Our Privacy Policy
Your use of OneUpFeed is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. It's part of this Agreement — please give it a read if you haven't already.
10. Guarantees
We work hard to keep OneUpFeed reliable, but we can't promise it'll always be perfect. The Service is provided "as is," without guarantees of any kind — including that it'll always be error-free or available without interruption.
If you're a paying customer, we do commit to making a genuine, professional effort to fix any real defects we're made aware of, using reasonable industry practices.
By using OneUpFeed, you understand that you're doing so at your own discretion, and that any risk involved in that use is yours to take on.
11. Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TisGrow LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — like lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm — that come from your use of, or inability to use, OneUpFeed.
This includes damages related to content from other users, unauthorized access to your account, or anything else connected to using the Service, regardless of the legal theory behind the claim.
If we are found liable for anything, our total liability to you won't exceed whatever you've paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. If Something Goes Wrong Because of You
If a claim arises from your use of OneUpFeed, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of someone else's rights (including copyright or privacy), you agree to cover any reasonable costs, damages, or legal fees that result — and to work with us in good faith to resolve it.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update this Agreement from time to time as OneUpFeed evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you're accepting the updated Terms.
If we introduce new features or services in the future, they'll also be covered by this same Agreement unless we say otherwise.
Any pricing changes we make will apply to new subscribers going forward — if you're already on a paid plan, your rate stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without interruption.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a dispute comes up, we'll first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If that doesn't work, the dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction over Wyoming. That said, we may still seek injunctive relief in any court if it's necessary to protect our intellectual property.
15. A Few More Things
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the whole understanding between you and TisGrow LLC about the Service, and it replaces any earlier agreements or understandings on the same topic.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement turns out to be unenforceable, that part will be adjusted just enough to make it valid — the rest of the Agreement stays in effect.
Waiver
If we don't act on a violation right away, that doesn't mean we're giving up our right to act on it later.
Assignment
You can't transfer this Agreement to someone else without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of how we run and grow our business.
