OneUpFeed is a product of TisGrow LLC ("TisGrow," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the OneUpFeed website (oneupfeed.com), the OneUpFeed application (app.oneupfeed.com), and related services (together, the "Service").
We've tried to write this in plain language so it's easy to understand — not just easy to publish.
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to information we collect through our website and app. OneUpFeed connects to third-party social media platforms (currently Facebook, with more planned) on your behalf. Once your content reaches those platforms, it's also governed by their own privacy policies. We don't control how those platforms handle your data, so we encourage you to review their policies too.

2.2 Information from connected social accounts
When you connect a social media account (like a Facebook Page) to OneUpFeed, we receive information that account's platform allows us to access — such as your Page name, Page ID, and the permissions needed to publish content on your behalf. We only request the access we actually need to provide the Service.
2.3 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical information when you visit our site — your browser type, device information, and how you interact with our pages. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this (see Section 4).
We do not collect precise physical location data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the Service — publish, schedule, and manage your content on the platforms you connect
- Communicate with you — service updates, support responses, and important account notices
- Improve the Service — understand how people use OneUpFeed so we can make it better

The whole point of OneUpFeed is publishing your content to the social platforms you authorize. Once your content is published there, that platform's own privacy policy applies to it.
5.2 With service providers who help us run OneUpFeed
We work with trusted third-party providers for things like hosting and infrastructure. They only access what they need to do their job, and they're not allowed to use your information for anything else.
5.3 When the law requires it
We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or if we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as long as we need it to provide the Service.
If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including encryption and access controls — from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

OneUpFeed's servers are located in Singapore. If you're accessing our Service from outside Singapore, your information will be transferred to and processed in Singapore.

OneUpFeed is not intended for anyone under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected information from a child, we'll delete it promptly.

Our Service may contain links to other websites. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any information with them.
12. Additional Information for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users (GDPR)
If you're located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds: performing our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent, or compliance with legal obligations.

13. Additional Information for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.
To be clear: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your privacy rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on our site. Continuing to use OneUpFeed after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
